Shirley is the house, Kyneton is our home and we invite chefs to come and play!
- The concept is simple -
You run the kitchen, pump out the best food and we look after the rest - full FOH operations, bookings and marketing.
You take the food revenue, we take the booze, we split the overheads and we have some fun.
We are a group of hospo professionals who love what we do and love our community - that's why we’ve committed to the hustle of bringing our lovely little town an ever-changing roster of fun and inventive chefs who want to expand their experience, their brand and their craft.
Residencies can vary in length - a few weeks or a couple of months. Kyneton folk (and the surrounding areas) have an insatiable appetite for quality food and dining experiences - our community loves new things!
Come as a team, come as a duo, come as a solo chef - we can support you with staffing, suppliers, and even accommodation if needed.
